This fine guitar is sold "as is" with the action low and very comfortable, but the guitar does fret out at the 10th.
For sale we have a Japanese made Red Label Yamaha FG-230 12 string. The guitar has the typical wear of an instrument this age but still plays and sounds great, it just bottoms out past 10th fret beacause of the neck angle.
