Our used Roland RD-700 PIano is fully tested and working, but we are selling it AS IS because many of the velocity sensors are showing their age / number of hours.

The RD-700 piano was the first instrument of the series sporting the possibility of expansion cards use, thereby it quickly gained success on the music market. The model included high-quality piano samples, as well as instrument sounds, taken from the unique expansion card by Roland - SRX, which ultimately gave the instrument a collection of unsurpassed sounds (acoustic pianos with sympathetic resonance, grand pianos, a complete collection of Rhodes sounds). The use of two SRX card slots enabled the musicians to compose their own sound libraries and change them depending on the situation. The number of voices of the polyphony was increased to 128 notes.

RD-700 stands out thanks to the large graphic liquid crystal display which is here for easy navigation and adjustment (convenient no matter how bright the light is in the room). Working with the sound was greatly simplified: now, thanks to only one button, the user could select any sound and edit it moving sliders to adjust the equalizer, chorus and reverb. For smooth control via external MIDI devices and sound modules, RD-700 has a dedicated MIDI Tx button.

The digital piano features a high-quality arpeggiator with advanced features, including 45 arpeggio styles, as well as 50 rhythm patterns and organ sounds taken from VK series.

Complementing the impressive number of recorded sounds, RD-700 also included a weighted 88-note keyboard based on the new Progressive Hammer Action technology. The technology has allowed to accurately translate all the nuances of playing an acoustic instrument considering velocity sensitivity as well.

Due to the size and weight of the board, and it's AS IS status, we really don't want to ship it. We think a local buyer should come check it out and determine if this hot price is fair for the condition of the board.  Thanks for understanding!
