The trumpet is in very good overall condition and looks nearly new from about six feet away. The second valve slide is not original and has been repaired, so its appearance differs somewhat from the surrounding brass. The bell also shows subtle evidence of previous dents that were professionally rolled out. These repairs are difficult to notice unless you know what to look for and do not detract significantly from the horn's overall presentation or playability. The included case has done its job over the years and is in player-grade cosmetic condition.
