David Hite DH117 Premiere Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece

The Premiere by Hite DH117 is an alto saxophone mouthpiece built to play easily and sound full without a lot of biting or extra air. Hite markets it as a student mouthpiece, but it is a popular step-up choice for players who want better response without paying pro mouthpiece prices.

Key Features
• Medium length facing with a .069" tip opening, which Hite compares to a C** facing.
• Reed friendly design pairs well with medium or medium-hard reeds that have a strong center and thinner sides.
• Durable plastic body rather than hard rubber, which holds up well in a student's case.
• Mouthpiece only, with no cap or ligature included.

A smart upgrade from the stock mouthpiece in a student alto. Add a ligature and cap if you need them.

Cool gear at a great price, backed by our meticulous care.
