Cardioid Dynamic Microphone

The Sennheiser e815-S is the lowest-cost vocal mic in the evolution series. It is a dynamic handheld microphone with a cardioid pattern.

Like all the vocal mics in the evolution series, it has a a metal body, a shockmounted cartridge,

and a humbucking coil. Like the “S” models, it has a magnetic reed switch on the mic to mute the microphone.
