This 2007 Mexican-made Fender '50s Stratocaster delivers the vintage-inspired feel and straightforward three-single-coil versatility that makes a Strat such an easy guitar to live with. This one has definitely been played and has the scars to prove it, but the Sea Foam Green finish still presents beautifully from the front.

Key Features

  • Three single-coil pickups provide the familiar range of bright bridge tones, scooped in-between sounds, and fuller neck-position tones.

  • Vintage-inspired Strat design gives the guitar the look and feel of Fender’s earlier instruments rather than a modernized layout.

  • Traditional tremolo bridge provides classic Strat-style pitch control and familiar playing response.

  • Made in Mexico construction comes from Fender’s well-regarded Ensenada production era.

  • Sea Foam Green finish gives this example a particularly attractive vintage-style appearance.

Condition

C- condition and definitely player grade. There are several significant dings and scratches through the finish along the sides and back, including one chip on the bottom roughly the size of a pencil eraser that goes through to the wood. There is also a stress crack at the neck pocket that appears stable. Despite the wear, the guitar presents very well from the front and retains a clean overall appearance when viewed normally.

A great choice for someone who wants a genuinely played-in Fender Strat with a desirable Sea Foam Green finish and does not mind honest cosmetic battle scars.
