D condition. This kit is fully playable, but it has significant issues that need to be understood before purchase. Several drums are warped, with the bass drum being the most affected. The snare drum required a complete rebuild and still exhibits warping. Hardware is functional but rough around the edges with noticeable wear from years of use. Despite these shortcomings, the kit is complete with no missing lugs, tension rods, or major hardware components. Best suited as a rehearsal kit, practice setup, or project rather than a primary performance kit.
